Warehouse/Stores - Senior Officer/ Executive

Experience required for the Job: 4 - 15 years

Annual Salary of the Job: 2.00 - 10.00 Lacs

Designation: Senior Officer/ Executive

Location: Boisar (Nearby Mumbai, 40 km), Maharashtra

Job Responsibilities:

Well versed with regulated environment and have faced several regulatory audits like USFDA, MHRA, TGA, WHO (Geneva) etc.

cGMP and HSE Compliance in Warehouse activity. Responsible for Regulatory Audits in W/H and its compliance.

Receipt, Storage, Issuance / Dispensing, Segregation, Labeling of Raw and Packing materials as per respective SOPs for Formulation and Bulk API facility.

Receipt of Solvents in tanker and unloading of Solvent in to the tank.

Receipt and storage of Finished Goods.

Monitoring and documentation of Non-moving/Reject/Expired/Under hold material.

Write-off inventory disposal with compliance to In-Control Procedure.

Area monitoring i.e. Cleaning, Temperature and Relative humidity, Differential Pressure, Warehouse area maintenance as per regulatory requirement etc.

Monitoring of Warehouse documents i.e. Receipt, Storage, Issuance / Dispensing of materials, Environment monitoring, Area Cleaning etc.

Monitoring of MRN / LRN received from production to Warehouse.

Physical verification of Raw and Packing materials.

Prepare RGP / NRGP, whenever required.

Inter departmental communication with Purchase, Production, Planning, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Engineering departments for smooth functioning.

Manpower utilization and shop floor management.

To organize & attend meeting to meet department Goal.

To prepare / review / revision of SOPs.

To carryout investigation related to warehouse operation & documentation.

Raising Change Control, Deviation, Risk Assessment, Investigation report and CAPA where ever required and closure of Change Control and Deviation.

Review of Qualification document related with Warehouse.
