Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for testing and approving / rejecting of all Raw water, Purified water and finished products as per the written specifications of Microbiology related test.
Responsible for maintaining the records like performance of analytical balance, pH meter calibration, Standardization of disinfectants, Temperature & Humidity of clean rooms, Cleaning & Maintenance record for equipment’s and housekeeping etc.
Calibrations and validations of microbiology instruments and equipment’s.
Media receipt, storage and reconciliation
Bacterial culture management as per SOP
Conduct environmental monitoring in manufacturing and microbiology area.
Handling of alert, action and OOS result.
Record all the testing data and other information in related log books.
Participate in validations as per given responsibility.
Microbial limit test validations.
