QUALIFICATION : Diploma/ ITI/ B.Tech
EXPERIENCE : Should have minimum experience of 4- 5 years.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
1) Technical Asst(Process maintenance-Mech)
| Should have min experience of 4-5 years. |
| should have free hand in handling & maintenance of all manufacturing & packing equipments |
| Execution of Preventive maintenance & breakdown maintenance |
| Good knowledge on cGMP practicies. |

| cpable of trouble shooting all process equipments like Granulation,blending,compression,mcoating & packing equipments |
| capable to understand the SOP procedures,and follow the procedures as per SOP. |
| should come in shifts |
| Having experience in US-FDA approved company. |
2) Technical Asst(Process maintenance-Elec/Instrument)
| Should have min experience of 4-5 years. |
| should have free hand in handling & maintenance of all manufacturing & packing equipments |
| Caplable to trouble shooting of machine problems. |
| Should have free hand in handling of VFD's,good knowledge on instrumention related to process equipments |
| cpable of trouble shooting all process equipments like Granulation,blending,compression,mcoating & packing equipments |
| should come in shifts |
| Execution of Preventive maintenance & breakdown maintenance |
| capable to understand the SOP procedures,and follow the procedures as per SOP. |
| Good knowledge on cGMP practicies. |

3) Technical Asst(HVAC)
| Should have minimum experience of 4-5 years. |
| Should have good knowledge on HVAC (AHU & dehumidifier) |
| Caplable to trouble shooting of all HVAC related works |
| shall perform HVAC vlidations |
| capable to understand the SOP procedures,and follow the procedures as per SOP. |
| Online filling of log books,preventive maintenace and filter cleaning activities |
| minimum knowledge related to cGMP practicies |
4) Technical Asst(Water system)
| Should have minimum experience of 4- 5 years. |
| capable to handle the water system (both pretreatment & purified water system operation & maintenance) |
| Should have experience on SCADA operations |
| cleaning & passivations,sanitizations,chemical preparations |
| minimum knowledge related to cGMP practicies |
| should come in shifts |
| Caplable to trouble shooting in water system |

5) Technical Asst(Utilities)
| Having capablity to done the change over in Stipulated timeline. |
| Should have minimum experience of 4- 5 years. |
| capable to handle the Air compressor,chillers,cooling towers |
| cooling tower cleaning,de scaling,maintenance of raw water sump |
| capable to understand the SOP procedures,and follow the procedures as per SOP. |
| Caplable to trouble shooting of machine problems. |
| should come in shifts |
