Preferred age group 35 yrs to 45 yrs Rtd from Army / Paramilitary commissioned officer as Lt/Captain/Major/Lt Col Rank. Able to build up good laison with local govt agencies. Good command on English. Well versed with J & K culture. Exp in industry will be advantage. For Jammu location.
