POSITION :- MANAGER HR
Education: Full Time MBA from reputed institute.
Experience – 8 Years to 15 Years
CTC : MIN. 13.00 TO 16.00 LPA
Reporting to :- DGM HR

1. Recruitment.
2. Strive (PMS), Goal setting, Probation, Confirmation action completion
3. Manpower budgeting & ensuring budgeted number are maintained at all time. Revenue budgets & MIS
4. Employee engagement covering R&R, Employee connect & other initiatives.
5. Grievance resolution of employees.
6. Ensure periodic medical checkup
7. Roll out of HR policies
8. Ensuring full compliance on cGMP
9. Training & documentation pertaining to employees training.
10. Should be well versed with word, excel, power point & SAP.
11. Handling of Disciplinary Procedures.
12. Should be soft spoken & good in English communication
