Experience: 1 - 5 Yrs in Packing Department
Job Description:
* To follow and maintain operation and cleaning procedure of Packing equipment and area as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).
* To make Batch Packing Record (BPR) requisition, prepare process order in SAP & issuance of BPR from QA for each batch packing as per batch size.
* To ensure packing of products as per Batch Packing Record (BPR).
* To supervise necessary process checks during primary and secondary packaging activities as defined in Standard Operating Procedure and maintain packing area audit ready for regulatory audits.
* To ensure stage wise reconciliation and yields as defined in Batch Packing Record (BPR).
* To check the availability of packing material with proper labels and status.
* To co-ordinate with department like quality control and quality assurance and stores for smooth running of packing of batches.
