jd1 -QMS and Validation Engineer
Responsible for managing all aspects of investigations including interviews, write-ups, root cause determination and CAPA effectiveness.Responsible for documenting investigation details using the Apotex Quality Reporting System (AQRS). Ensures that the documented investigation forms a coherent, technically competent narrative, with Observations, Impact, Root Cause, Conclusion and CAPA, as required.Responsible for tracking, summarizing and documenting AQRS metrics.
JD 2:-Facility Engineer
Coordinates all Facilities Support Services activities to support the business needs with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Ensures all departmental service activities are documented in a complete and efficient manner. Orients/trains new hires on the usage of Apotex standard cleaning products. Responsible for daily activities with respect to the companys sanitation, Housekeeping, pest control and Pharmaceutical Waste program. Should be energetic and enthusiastic work on ground / floor.
JD 3 :-HVAC Technician
Responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of building systems equipment and facilities in order to provide highly reliable utility support to the Operations Group. Equipment includes HVAC, chillers, dust collectors & air compressors
JD4:-Production Equipment Electrical and Instrumentation Technician
To manage and maintain the process equipments for Granulation, Compression, Capsule, Coating and packing in terms of consistent performance of machine, compliance, effective maintenance, trouble shooting, conduct RCA and continuous improvements.
JD5:-Training and Documentation Engineer
Responsible for managing Engineering service function documentations like Operating & Maintenance procedures, Qualification documents, Layouts and Preparation of Risk assessment, initiation of CCR, Operation of TMA, QMS track wise and performing the gap assessment with respect to procedure vs practices and also coordination for Training management & internal/external audits
JD6:-Team leader Utilities (HVAC/Water system/Black Utilities)
Responsible for Utility Support Services activities to support the business needs with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Ensures all departmental Utility service activities are documented in a complete and efficient manner. Responsible for daily activities with respect to the Clean & Black Utility systems, Should have Good communication skill to handle cross-functional teams, managing & developing the down the level people
