'Telangana State Pharmacy Registration Tribunal' has been constituted recently to coordinate the formation of "Telangana Pharmacy Council". According to the Tribunal, all the Registered Pharmacists belonging to Telangana have to Re-register for enrolling their name in the First Register of Telangana Pharmacy Council.
The Re-registration process can be done by filling the new Registration form along with the photocopy of old Andhra Pradesh Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate, photocopy of any address proof and a nominal fee of Rs. 10/-. The deadline for this process is 30, April 2016.
Our team will help in submitting your application if you send your filled registration form along with the scanned copies of your previous registration certificate and address proof to this mail id (helpdesk.tsprt@gmail.com).
